Our Mission
The Philadelphia Association of Black Sports and Culture endeavors to contribute to the Philadelphia and Greater Regional areas by awarding scholarships to deserving high school graduating seniors, donating funds to youth organizations (in some filed of athletics or recreation) as well as honoring former outstanding individuals in the fields of sports, the arts and community service.
